Deburring the corner of threads

What are the methods of removing burrs at the corner of threads after machining like turning. Right now we are using scotch wheel to remove the burr by manual method. Is there any other best method of removing the burr without damaging the thread?

How big are your parts? If they can go into a mass finishing system, you want a media size that can poke its shape into the hole without going into it. That will deburr the part without getting stuck.
