Gravure lettering

I'm working in Gravure cylinder manufactory. Could someone tell me how to make gradation for letter and barcode? Printing in paper cigarette.

Rotogravure Plating

Hi
I'm patel .I'm incharge of plating dept. but no more experience abt it.I want to know abt it. some times our all parameters in level means control. cuso4 is around 220gm/ lit. h2so4 around 55 gm/ lit. and also current. but we spent more additive then we can't achieve good hardness. so please give me suggestion
