WHAT IS THE PROCESS AND CHEMICAL MOST SUITABLE FOR THE ZINC PLATING WITH TRIVALENT BLUE. AND IS IT POSSIBLE TO MEET 120 HRS WHITE COROSION AND 360 HRS RED COROSION? IF NOT WHAT IS THE ALTERNATE TO ACHIEVE THIS?

There are several processes in the market to achieve the desired result. Your difficulty lies not in selecting any chemistry, but in the consistency that goes into the process and this lies in the hands of the processor that you select.

For a consistent alternative, you can definitely look at zinc flake coatings.
