Hi, Arindam. What you are looking to do is sometimes called
"plastisol dipping".
In broad terms the process includes cleaning the parts, applying a glue-like prime coat, dipping into the liquid plastisol tank, and finally, oven curing.
But it is possible that you might be interested in thermoplastic powder coating as an alternate. That process would be similar except instead of dipping the parts into the liquid plastisol you would dip them into a fluidized bed of thermoplastic powder like nylon or teflon. Good luck.
