How to get a good finish on brass wire and pipe




I am the quality Manager in company produce copper wires and pipes (brasses ) we use dichromate washing for good surface finishing after treatment with suphuric acid 10 %

we have unshining surface and some spots.

please help us

Perhaps you can get a local process supplier in to look at your operation, Nagyelgendy, but I don't think you will get a shining surface without a bright dip step. Usually these involve nitric acid, although on a smaller scale or with cleaner work you might be able to use stabilized hydrogen peroxide in your sulfuric acid to provide the required oxidizing power.
