Current Potential of Zinc-Iron Electroplating

Does anyone know whether black-chromated zinc-iron electroplating (~1% Fe) has a similar current potential value to that of chromated electroplated cadmium?

A conversion coating "neutralizes" the charges on the surface of the metal, so I don't know what you could do with a number like that. Then I would have to ask, In what medium? Sea water, fresh water, in a soil, in salt spray, in Coca Beach, then, On what base metal?, steel, zinc, Aluminum. I suppose that you could measure the potential against a calomel electrode in some artificial seawater as a start.
