The upper temperature limit for conventional flexible PVC tank linings is not more than 65 degrees C, and some people advise not using it above 60 degrees C. Conventional flexible PVC is not an appropriate tank lining material for this temperature.

If you care to provide additional detail, our readers may suggest alternate construction materials and methods.

We are using a fiber reinforced tank lining for our hard chrome plating tanks, called "Fiberliner". It has very good adhesion and can meet your temperature needs. It should last for 10-15 years on a chrome plating tank. The lining was provided by Innoplate International in The Netherlands. Call these guys, maybe this lining can help you. Sincerely, Tim Jaarsma

O. Suliman, the best application is to use CPVC Sheet dado 'd glued and welded. If the tank is longer than 3-4 m then use 1/2" material. Allow 3/8" growth on the length
