Compound For Removing Lens Scratches

I, M LOOKING FOR A COMPOUND TO POLISH THE SCRATCHES OUT OF GLASS PARTICULARLY LENSES THEY ARE QUITE SEVER SCRATCHES I USED TO HAVE A PRODUCT CALLED JEWELLERS ROUGE BUT I AM UNABLE TO FIND IT. CAN ANYONE HELP?
