Protective coating for anodized Ti

My company manufacturers Ti watches, and I have some problem. I understand Ti can be anodized to achieve different colours. The anodized layer is very thin and not abrasive resistance, so coating is needed, but what sort of coating is suitable. Also, in the market, there are coloured Ti spectacle frames, how are those finished?
