Looking for a dry film resist that will hold up well in Electroless Ni and Immersion Gold
Hi,
I'm looking for a dry film resist that will hold up well in Electroless Nickel and Immersion gold. I'm seeing resist lifting around the holes with the resist that I'm using now. The plating time in electroless Nickel (temperature 185 F) is between 15 to 30 minutes and immersion gold(temperature 185 F)is between 15 to 20 minutes.

Hello Robin,
I don't ordinarily promote specific suppliers on this website. Since no one has answered your request, Dupont Imaging Materials out of Triangle Park, N.C. has a few good photoresists for your application. The Riston series of photoresists stands up to harsh conditions such as temperature and many chemical reactions. Good Luck!
