Hex chem film was good, black spots with trivalent

Sir,
we produce MPFI parts for our customers, DELIVERY PIPE is one of the parts. We did TRIVALENT process for this delivery pipe. It is the ALUMINIUM CASTINGS. We use chemical of DIPSOL, grade A,B,&C. now we done those process there is a BLACKSPOT on castings. we need correct process or rework process for that. formerly we used HEXAVALENT PROCESS. There is no problem occurring that time. Here we face lot of problems.

Hexavalent chem film had reached the point of almost being a commodity, but trivalent is not; it is highly proprietary and you must work with a supplier of that specific process.
