Want help with Electro Polishing training program

I am in the process of writing a training program for Electro Polishing and was wondering if you would provide information on the theory, process, preparation steps, equipment use, safety considerations and general techniques, etc.. In addition, I found an article written by Christopher J. Ford, and Sean Delaney on this subject and if they are truly the experts, I would like your assistance in contacting them. Any support that you may provide to advance my efforts would be greatly appreciated.
