Refining rhodium solution to reuse it

I myself working in a jewellery industry working as an H.O.D in rhodium dept. I got lot of queries regarding rhodium refining and reusing the whole solution either by dehydrating it or some additives to it.

Most Rh solutions in a jewelry shop range from 1 quart solutions to 3 gallons. When the solution is spent you normally have metal and organic contaminants left to deal with. Refining Rh is not easy and takes a lot of time. Time you probably don't have, being a dept. supervisor. This is something best left to precious metal refiners. Adding this or that won't get you too far.

Refining of Rh is too hard -- did you know the melting temp?
