Spray Application of Meta-Mate Stop Off

We are looking to apply Meta-Mate Stop Off by using spray a spray system. We are looking to see if this is being done by others and would like to know the equipment used. Along with this what are your thinning ratios and is it working for you?

It's been a month for this letter without a response! This shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone connected with the job shop metal finishing business. The most proprietary thing we do, the thing that separates the average shop from the exemplary ones are racking/fixturing and methods of masking. These are the tricks that of the trade that take years to develop and only seconds to emulate once the secrets are known to the outside world. From this perspective, finishing.com is just that: the outside world. I would contact the manufacturer of Meta-Mate stop-off and start by asking them - if you're holding your breath waiting for an answer in this open forum, chances are you're not reading this and are now deceased!
