-----Cold seals -- are liquids or powder additives better?
We, as an aluminium treatment company, have been informed that there are some advantages of using cold seal additive powders over cold seal liquids, which are 10 times weaker due to solubility. However we cannot find any information on the internet to suggest that there is any advantages of using a powder- can you help? much appreciated

You should ask the supplier to justify their claim.
My answer would be that You are not paying for the transport and storage of water.
The disadvantage is that solids have to be weighed and dissolved; liquids are easier to dose.

Benefits of a 2 pack liquid cold seal are
Health/Safety and ease of handling with automatic dosing of products.
Individual control of nickel and fluoride concentrations.
Reduced incidents of green tint to anodic film.
Products may be 10 times weaker but cost in use is considerably closer.
