How to recover unused diamonds from exhausted plating bath?

2007

-How can we recover the diamonds from electroplating bath?
-The electroplating bath after time will not be useful, -what can we do to make the bath more useful and reuse it?
-When we start to try to precipitate the diamond on the surface ,we find there is a contamination on the surface, how can we solve this problem?

Your vendor will be the best source of information. The diamonds can be recovered from the dead tank by filtering with an appropriate pleated polypropylene filter. Wash them in 50% peroxide, rinse and wash in the same acid as is used in the plating tank. Rinse very well with DI Water. Check with the vendor for a proprietary additive to remake the tank. You may have to send them back for his reprocessing.
