Finish for aluminium where milk and cream are spread on the area

How can I use aluminium flat for place where milk cream with sugar is used. is there any treatment to be done.
I had seen one machine having aluminium flat with grey color finish -- what can be this treatment.

If you saw dark gray aluminum, Paresh, it may have been hardcoat anodized, and that may be a satisfactory application.

But due to greatly improved cleanability, I think electropolished stainless steel is a much better material for food handling applications like this.
