What is best deposition temp. for CuAlO2 by spray pyrolysis method


hi.
I am trying to deposit (TCO) CuAlO2 by spray. what is the deposition temp. & anneal temp so that I get the CuAlO2 instead of CuAl2O4 ?

hello dear Sharadvanalakar,
Spray is too complicated. First you should control the Cu/Al ratio and reduce possibility of CuAl2O4 formation. After that study surface morphology, you can find himself that what is the optimum temp. for it.
you can start it with 400 °C substrate temp.
