-----Anodized aluminum and car wash tunnels
I am a general contractor who has been approached by a property manager regarding a carwash tunnel with hollow metal window frames that are rusted to the point of extreme deterioration.
My question is will anodized aluminum frames hold up to the moisture better than the hollow metal did?

I would not count on it, Patrick, without better appreciating the installation. Anodized aluminum should be fine for the moisture and for water, but alkaline detergents are very rough on aluminum.
