Lubrication line for cold forging slugs

I am looking for design of a lubrication line for cold forging slugs by phosphating and soaping. Let me know what process is better, barreling or basket transfer and in case of barrel PE could be used or not and at what revolution the drum have to be rotated. In case of basket could I vibrate the basket to get good performance.
