Bead blasting over ss material

What can I do for getting a fine surface finish over ss material by bead blasting operation and is it necessary to apply any paste or oil over it after operation is done, if its kindly guide me the procedure for operation.

Hello, K. Bead blasting is a mechanical process which normally does not demand pretreatment or post-treatment. But not knowing what the parts are, or their size, production volume, application, type of stainless steel, etc., I don't think anyone can guide you with the procedure or tell you whether passivation, clear coating, or some other post treatment is needed. Please get back to us with some info about your situation.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no economical way to recover a fine finish after bead blast. Smaller bead and less pressure and time may help some.
