TILL NOW I AM DOING CYANIDE ZINC PLATING AND USING HEX. YELLOW PASS FOR MY AUTO PARTS CUSTOMER , BUT NOW THEY ARE ASKING FOR TRIV. WHITE COLOR . CREAM SHADE FOR THE AUTO PARTS.
CAN ANYBODY CAN GUIDE ME THE PROCESS AND THE CHEMICAL TO BE USED?

Dear Tushar,
You being in Mumbai, the land of almost all plating process chemicals suppliers, should get the help from any of them.
first ask your present supplier. if he is not of much help,then just look around as trivalent passivations are the 'in thing'.
