C'mon now, cousin Leena, we'd love to help, but please be a little realistic   :-)

Your company designs, manufactures, & sells fume scrubbers -- but your company wants our readers, rather than your senior people, to take the time to teach you the "basic design", and to lay out "all formulas" for you?   :-)

If you are a neophyte in training, and unable to get help from your more senior fellow employees, please put in a requisition for a book on fume scrubber design. I and the readers will try our best to help anyone with their specific questions, but to expect us to prepare and conduct for free an introductory course on fume scrubber design for the new employees of a fume scrubber manufacturer? :-)

Best of luck. Thanks!

Hi Leena,

Well, good ole Ted sure told you off !

Go to the makers of packing, they'd LOVE to sell you their materials

But FRP sure ain't the way to go ... there are too many chemicals which will attack it.

Back in halcyon years of the 60's, I, then working for Alcore Fabricating in Ontario, came up with the first dual laminates ... and in '74 evolved my own inertial scrubber design, PVC:FRP ... a 3 micron unit.

thumbs up signHi, Freeman. Sorry, I wasn't trying to tell anyone off; and I apologize to Leena if it came across that way! I just like to believe that after 20+ years of posting tens of thousands of questions here and tracking the responses that they draw, that I can make helpful suggestions about how questions can be better phrased to get useful and helpful responses.

Regards,
