I want to know the best composition of cyanide copper plating solution which gives good result all day long.

A. Hello, Aftab. Please see the Metal Finishing Guidebook, which includes the formulations for several different types of cyanide copper plating solutions including general purpose and high efficiency, both sodium and potassium based. It explains the advantages and disadvantages of each, because there is no one process that gives good results while the other processes fail to do so.

Please explain whether you are doing rack plating or barrel plating, and what solution you are presently using (it sounds like you are already doing some kind of cyanide copper plating) and try to tell us what goes wrong with it over the course of the day so that we can try to assist you with this.
