Smoothing surface of stainless steel casting for food grade application

Is there a metal finishing media (shot blast) that will smooth out the A3 finish surface of stainless steel casting for food grade application?

Define smooth.
Normally you can not achieve a good surface finish for FDA applications using a blasting process.
