Which Nickel For Severe Service

(2000)

For reference sake, I would like to know the advantages or disadvantages including cost factors of several types of nickel plating baths and their typical uses and why.

Watts 2.2ph & 5.2ph, Electroless and Sulfamate

The ultimate question is which of the above has the best adhesion to mild steels and SS and with the greatest hardness factor for severe service use

I know this is a rather broad question but any comments would be appreciated
