STEEL FOR SEA WATER APPLICATION
5 Feb 2000
We are looking for a steel/stainless steel material which does not corrode in sea water when exposed for long durations and under high stress and room temperature. This will be used to simulate deep sea conditions for testing of components.Alternatively suitable coatings may be suggested on steel surface.Prof Prashant Kumar Department of Mechanical Engineering
