Nickel chrome plating on plastics




Dear Sir,

We are doing Nickel plating on ABS plastic with Copper undercoat. We are facing two types of problems.

1. Streaks / Waviness after acid copper plating.

2. Blisters in the LCD area after chrome plating.

Can you suggest any reasons for the above defects and how to avoid them.
