Even after following this process we have a problem of colour bleeding in IPA(isopropyl alcohol on eBay or Amazon [affil link] ).Please suggest foolproof method for sealing.

ANIL,

to overcome the problem of black dye bleeding out during sealing you should set up a two stage sealing process, the first containing a SEALING SALTS AS and the second containing ALBACLIN. Both these products are available from a company called CLARIANT. I have used both these products and have got very good results when when using black dyes.
