Remanufacturer needs to recolor plastic parts

We are a parts remanufacturer looking for a way to restore the original color (black) to plastic pieces which have faded in the cleaning process. These parts are rather small and are processed several hundred at a time, so a dip or soak method would be preferable. Any suggestions?
