Powder primer

My company is interested in applying primer on our parts that are powder coated. I'm interested in finding a primer that will allow the top coat to be applied on top of a non-cured primer and cured together. I'm aware that most primers need to be semi-cured before application of top coat, but because of size and time restraints we would like to do everything at one time. My local supplier does not have anything like this, does anyone know of a supplier that has a primer that will allow powder on powder application? We are currently using a TGIC top coat.
