Activator formulation (with stabilizer) for ABS plastics

Please send me a formulation for activator and stabilizer for ABS plastics so as to avoid pitting.

The formulation which I am using now is:

palladium chloride + tin chloride + tartaric acid [on eBay or Amazon] + sodium stannate + hydrochloric acid

but pitting is observed on some articles

maybe some stabilizer is needed?
