copper sulphate test method for galvanizing

Hi

I live in South Africa and need to help a friend with his galvanized steel pipes.

I just want to know the steps for the copper sulphate ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] test (The one where you dip for one minute in copper sulphate). I had Vogel's Textbook of Quantitative Chemical Analysis ⇦[this on Amazon affil links] but cannot find my book anywhere.
Please if you can just help, I've looked on the internet but cannot find anything.
