Cleaning and rinsing filtration systems

We are reviewing our wash system and are finding we need help with a standard filtration system. Would you be able to help with a web site or a good diagram to point us in the right direction? We are presently powder coating metal products and we generate a lot of sludge.

Hello, Jerry. It's not clear to me where in your process you generate this sludge. Are you implying that you do a zinc phosphate pretreatment before your powder coating, and that is where the sludge problem is?
