-----Spiral staircase in copper color paint
I have been living in our passive solar house that we built in 1980. It is a James Lambeth open floor plan style house with one great room and four bedrooms. Our master suite is on the top floor. I live in a tree house in the woods in the middle of Fort Smith, Arkansas.I am lucky to have such a unique home. I have just remodeled and put in hardwood floors and they are beautiful. I have a custom fabricated iron spiral staircase that leads to my bedroom on the third floor. Presently, the staircase is painted a slick beige color and the stairs are wrapped in carpet. Now, I am going for an industrial loft look and want to paint the staircase and put oak wood on the stairs. I am looking for a paint that will shine and give me a clean slick look. I would love the color to be copper. What paint would you suggest for this project? Thank you for your time and consideration from an Arkansas girl who lives in the woods.

Ted Mooney is retiring but I have several offers to take it over.
We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
