PVD coating questions

I WANT TO KNOW IS IT FEASIBLE TO RECOAT THE INSERT (USED IN CNC AND VMC MACHINES FOR MACHINING) AFTER GRINDING.

WHAT TYPE OF COATING IS APPLICABLE TiN, TiAlN etc?

WHAT WILL BE THE LIFE? IS IT AS NEW.

Dear Amit ,

It is possible recoat the inserts after grinding. for it is better to coat AlTiN . It will less life compared to new one. If you have any doubts for choosing coating on your inserts please let me know.
