Rusty stainless steel refrigerator

I recently bought a stainless steel fridge which my tenants cleaned with a wet cloth. To my horror, one week later there any tiny rust spots everywhere. HELP! Any ideas?

That "wet" cloth was probably wet with bleach, which would be understandable. But bleach is a killer for stainless steel. Try applying a little WD-40 ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] .
