How do I remove rust from hard to reach areas from an outdoor wrought iron rail?
I have wrought iron railings where the individual rails (15 rails per 6 foot sections) go through a section 4 inches from the top railing. In between there is rust forming that was not powder coated. Is there a simple way to remove the rust, prime and repaint? Since the rust is hard to reach with a wire brush, what are my alternatives?

First of two simultaneous responses --
You should have success by sandblasting the rusted areas. Equipment is available for rent.
