Need to remove Silicon[e] spray

I need something to clean silicon spray from my carport so I can repaint.

I presume you mean silicone, Henry. This is impractical to chemically remove, so professional paint shops forbid it being brought into their buildings. I'd recommend detergent plus pumice [on eBay or Amazon] scrubbed over the surfaces with a tampico brush, and hoping for the best.

There are several silicone removers on market: Slide silicone remover is just one of them. One do it yourself mix:
10 ml dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid
8 ml dichlorometane
5 ml toluene
18 ml Xylene [on eBay or Amazon]
Hope it helps and good luck!
