Looking for polishing solutions for non-ferrous castings. Outsource? Buy advanced technology?

We are a manufacture of High End non-ferrous castings and are looking for "THE BEST" surface polishing solutions out there? Any good consultants in this field? What are the best technologies for this type of work?

Castings, specially from sand molds, are frequently difficult to polish since the initial surface is very rough and sometimes contaminated also. Have you considered casting in a permanent polished mold? Then your polishing would proceed much faster fro example, in a tumbling machine.
