Wetting tension testing of aluminum sheet

I have part of an article by William Jones of Heatbath published in October of 1985 under the 'Testing & Control' heading in an unknown magazine. The subject was measuring surface tension using ethanol/water solutions. Can anyone help me find the balance of the article or tell me where to look?

It's a great article and it's from Metal Finishing magazine, Volume 85, Number 10. Get permission from the publisher, G.Valero at Elsevier and I'll be happy to give you a photocopy.
