Stripping zinc phosphating layer from iron

Hi
I need to know the components for alkaline stripping of zinc phosphating layer from iron.
I should use alkaline cleaner for removing zinc phosphating. I used NaOH + KOH AND trisodium phosphate ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] but I not received a good answer from this material .

Ammonium hydroxide mixed with ammonium dichromate works good. Mix 44 g of the ammonium dichromate powder with an imperial gallon of ammonium hydroxide.
