We are a construction consulting company in San Rafael, California with projects throughout Northern California. We specialize in water intrusion issues. Right now, we are working on a couple of projects where water has penetrated into the apartment or condo buildings around windows. The owner of the company (an expert witness who has also helped to improve construction standards in the industry) wants to know the difference in compatibility between aluminum and galvanized steel versus stainless steel and galvanized steel.
