i) How can roughness of Manganese coating be controlled?
(ii) What can be added to the bath to control Red Spots/Rust on components after 24 hrs.

We are adopting the following procedure?

* Components are MS pipes about 1 ft. long and 1 and 1/2 inch diameter.

* Oil cleaning -> water rinse-> water rinse

* Refining -> Mangenese Phos.-> water rinsing -> Hot water rinsing->oiling
