Correct Process Sequence for Tri Passivations

We are doing Zinc plating with acid and cyanide baths.
For Trivalent passivation suggest me a Std. process sequence i.e., from pretreatment to passivation.
Is DM water dip is must after Zinc plating to Passivation rinsing?
Is Non cyanide zinc is better to use than Acid or cyanide and why?

Hi. Mahesh,
This is Mohan here.
The sequence for trivalent passivations are same as Hex passivations,Except for dipping time. trivalent passivation requires at least double the dipping time than Hex.
DM water is highly recommended.
For black passivation I would suggest Alkaline zinc-iron plating.
