In severe industrial atmospheric condition and Saline atmosphere ( Coastal Area) which one is better choice for painting on steel tanks, structures, etc.

Option I : High Build Epoxy Base Coat followed by 2K PU Top coat

Option II : 2K PU Base Coat followed by 2K PU Top coat
