Pulse current to electroform nickel

adv.   nicoform

2000

I need to electroform nickel in a complicated feature that comports a lot of small grooves and right angles. As it is impossible to do that with DC current, some people told me to use pulse current.

I'm looking for companies that does electroforming with pulse current or any informations about that.

Thanks in advance. Robin Francois

I'm not sure that I agree that pulse current is the secret to success on your project, but a great prototypist for nickel electroforms who will be able to tell you and help you is Berl Stein, Plater "B", at NiCoForm [a finishing.com supporting advertiser] in Rochester, NY, and a rectifier manufacturer with a lot of experience in pulse plating is Dynatronix. good luck.

Hey Robin,

The manufacturers of pulse wave form rectifiers can be of help. Dynatronix offers several papers on your issues.
