What cause electroplating bleed out at casting coner edge and how to overcome?

I am working as a production manager at a pressure Aluminum die casting house and our casting product mainly for hard disc industrial.
Our raw casting required electroplating process and we face e-coat bleed out defect.
Can someone please provide a solution.

The problem is complex . It requires Hands on solving at site.
Reasons for bleed out are many.
Unless we know what you are doing and How, it will be quite difficult to come back with a meaningful solution which, I suggest is best handled by a professional, at SITE.
