Collaboration required for Automatic Ni Cr Plant.

We have a requirement from a client to supply and commission an automatic Duplex Nickel Chrome plating plant for Motorcycle Components. The surface area required to be plated is appx.150,000 sq dm per day for the larger plant and for a smaller, similar, plant the requirement is 30000 sq dm per day.

This would also include the effluent treatment plant with the concept of minimum discharge/ closed loop and thus involves a comprehensive package of services.

We are looking for companies / consultants who are willing to work with us on this .We would prefer to fabricate the plant in our own facilities for logistical reasons and are looking for a longer association beyond this one project.

I have designed hundreds of plating shops, automatic plating lines, and waste treatment systems, Mr. Vahanwala. It is no problem to make drawings for local fabrication if you wish.

Dear Sir,

I'd like to know about Ni-Cr waste plant. In Indonesia, this waste is not used after packaging process. As you know that this packaging process here, is done by adding CaCo3 to avoid oxidation of Cr to Cr6+.

Well, I hope you can help me then.

Sincerily Yours,
