NaOH free Electroless Cu Solution?
We currently use electroless copper plating for the rear contact of solar cells. However recently I have had problems with the NaOH in our plating solution etching a TiO2 film on the front surface.
Does anyone know of any Cu or Ag electroless plating solution that does NOT contain a strong base such as NaOH, or is this a requirement of the whole process to work?
Would switching to electrolytic plating help solve my problem?
Thanks (in advance)
